Fixes for 389 Directory Server - addresses recursion issue #314 . The primary issue was that 389DS doesnt render the subschemaSubentry attribute unless it is specifically requested.

Turn down the verbosity with an internal config attr when parsing the schema.
...
This helps while developing, without memcached running we get 100,000's of logs while rendering the test environment.
Also fixes a deprecated parsing null to strlen().
