97c5f32b5c Dont send mail to nodes with too many items, they'll need to poll us for them.

ef2a5a39a8 Fix seenby's werent being set, Fixes for points, we need to have them in the seenby/path so we dont loop mail, Fixes for dupe mail, we werent actually saving it to update the seenby's
